It is, once again, time to give a recap of Xanga 2007. Here are
the first few lines of the first entry of each month in 2007. ENJOY!
January: Happy
New Year! I'm still in Montana.
Going to Vegas tomorrow! Yay!
February: Sleepy.
Going to bed soon. mmmmm....bed. Kevin's birthday was yesterday. I brought him
dinner and gave him his presents.
March: Happy
March everyone! But let me ask you...WHEN IS ALL THIS EFFING SNOW GOING TO GO
AWAY? I mean seriously.
April: Hahaha! NO,
SERIOUSLY! Hahaha! I had a great weekend. Very busy. I went to Philadelphia for an
Anthropology conference.
May: Well holy
shit, finals week is upon us. I only have two papers to do. One is due tuesday
and one is due wednesday.
June: I'm here!
I'm alive! I've been super busy. A couple weekends ago was my dad's birthday.
We had a cook out.
July: It's this
little guys birthday today:
August: I'm in Eugene, Oregon
now. Yep. I live here. I don't live at home or any where near it. I live in Oregon. I have completed
my journey along to Oregon Trail.
September: I love
this quote. It pretty much sums me up: "I'm the type
who'd be happy not going anywhere as long as I was sure I knew exactly what was
happening at the places I wasn't going to. I'm the type who'd like to sit home
and watch every party that I'm invited to on a monitor in my bedroom."
-Andy Warhol
October:
Graduate
School = busy-ness.
Classes are good. Teaching is good. Oregon
in general is good. Busy busy busy.
November: *no
entries for November* How sad!
December: So it's
been two months since I last wrote. I'm a xanga slacker.
There you go everyone. My xanga year in review. It was a
good year. Busy. Full of a whole lot of new things. Probably the year in my
life that has seen the most change. I live in a new place. I actually get paid
to do things. I’m still a student, but I feel like I’ve grown quite a bit. I
mean I get paid to be a student and teach. I’m sort of becoming more adult. It’s
tough to be an adult. I still cry about almost every little obstacle, but I’m
getting better about taking initiative and responsibility. It’s nice. So, all
in all, 2007 has been an interesting year.
I might write again before January, but I’m going to be in Billings until the 29th,
so I just wanted to make sure to get this year in review done before I left.
Happy Holidays everyone!
